
Day 2!!! Feeling much better than yesterday after all my digestion upset...... Thank goodness!!! So far so good today! Had a great omelet with coconut milk and lots of veggies for breakfast with a handful of fresh red raspberries. For lunch it will be baked salmon with rosemary and chopped pecans on top and some broccoli and brussel sprouts. Snacks- olives, shredded coconut, and an apple. Oh yes and water, water, water....did I mention water? :)
Edit: Dinner was spaghetti squash with a grass fed ground beef and tomato sauce. Salad with mache lettuce and kale and a homemade dressing of olive oil, lemon juice, lemon peel, and basalmic vinegar. Yum!
